1. Commission Process and Agreement
1.1 Brief and Agreement
- The Client must provide a clear brief outlining their vision for the commission.
- If the Client lacks a concrete concept, TowerJunkieArt will assist in developing one through consultation.
- The brief may include a rough sketch with annotations explaining key elements.
- The Client must specify required dimensions for the final artwork.
1.2 Work Process
- Work begins only after payment is received.
- TowerJunkieArt provides progress updates via email.
- Feedback must be timely.
- Adjustments made until commission is finalized.
1.3 Revisions
- Minor revisions included at no extra cost.
- Significant revisions incur $35 USD per revision.
- PayPal fees apply.
1.4 Deadlines and Rush Orders
- Client specifies deadlines during briefing.
- Deadlines under 2 weeks may increase price.
- Deadlines under 5 days not accepted.
1.5 Delivery and Rights
- Completed work delivered after full payment.
- Client receives full rights to use final design.
- TowerJunkieArt may display work in portfolio.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment Structure
- First-time clients, commissions over $200 USD: 50% upfront, 50% on completion.
- Returning clients may pay full upfront.
- Commissions under $200 USD: full payment upfront.
2.2 Payment Method
- All payments via PayPal.
- PayPal fee included in invoice.
- All prices in USD.
3. Contract and Agreement
- Client receives formal contract after agreeing commission details.
- Contract includes final price, project description, delivery and usage rights.
- Contract must be signed before work begins.
